I will be taking the family "up North" to Chattanooga at the end of the month to visit my wife's family.

Anyone have any suggestions for fun things to do?

We did the falls / rock city a few years back but come-on, Tennessee must have more to offer me!

    Any suggestions?

Thank you for helping map out my family spring break vacation!

You could come over to the Bermuda Triangle and visit Yote and me. Did you go to the Aquarium?

    Well.
There is the aquarium in downtown.About an hour north is Fall Creek Falls state park which is fun if you like natural areas.
You'll have to come by Bermuda when you come up.

My freind used to run the aquarium years ago, he lives in Michigan now, I'm going to see him tomorrow...Maybe we'll see if we can get you hooked up. I don't know if he keeps in touch with anybody down there anymore, but I'll check it out for you. Maybe save you a couple of bucks.

    Thanks guys....great suggestions.
I think I will give the aquarium a try this time around.

We took the family to the Atlanta Aquarium last trip and had a blast.

There was also a couple nice LFS in Chattanooga. I don't remember his name, but an ex-floridian was running one and he had a nice shop with tons of stonies.

I may have to look you guys up when I get there.

Sounds like I need to bring my OUTDOOR gear for some good nature experiences.

That's Donny (the Floridian). His store is 5th Day Creations. He and his wife were kind enough to let me stay with them when I visited Chatt a few years ago.

Where is Donnie now? Did he stay in TN?
He was a great guy and had a great shop.....
He told me there weren't too many reefers in the area and business was tough to come by when I was there. It's too bad.
