    Yes Ryan thats the guy. A true freak. Insecure and weak. and real embarrassment to body building. But at least he knows it.

    If you look at the right biceps you can see a flat area where a doctor had to cut out the abcess. He write for muscular development mag and always bashes himself.

    Why do people bother? I don't get it. Its not natural. Like literally is not natural. These guys are so jacked up on shit and I know from personal experience.

    That guy is disgusting looking. I saw a vid before and he says he's selfconcious about the square muscle, hell I'd be worried if I looked like that and they had the right shape. I wonder if he has a hard time eating? Looks like his arms are soo big his biceps might stop him from getting his hand to his face.

    haha yes it would. i dont get it and never will. i have never been into the six pack and huge biceps thing. it doesnt look normal when guys are bulging outta their clothes. but to each his own.
