Halloween Hermit Crab

So, I looked at my Halloween hermit crab today and he has been in the same spot for three days now. I thought that maybe he was stuck, so I moved the rock a bit and I found leg pieces and skin. I guess that he was just molting. I moved the rock a bit and out he comes much bigger than three days ago. Then my other hermit crabs, my blue legs they keep jumping houses like everyday. It is so much fun to watch, however, I guess I will have to get more houses for them.

those things are awesome! I've been asking our LFS to get them in but they will only order them for halloween :p way to make money off people :P lol.

but get some extra shells for your hermies! :D they will always change houses :)

will a LFS usually sell handfuls of shells? all the random shells i have are either way too big or way too small for any of my hermits

My LFS have boxes of random shells for sale.

Some will just give you a handful. I asked mine for some empty shells and how much he charged and he just gave them to me.
