In Ariel's defense, that thread is about 5 years old. Things can change and they might not be what they once were. So, hopefully someone has ordered from them recently to let the original poster know the answer.

They have a good reputation. I haven't ordered from there myself, but haven't heard bad things from the lots of people that have.

I just ordered this week. It was the 3rd time I have ordered from them. I always get good healthy looking livestock. They are here by 10:30 AM and when I did lose a fish once after a few days, they were prompt with giving me credit for it. I would recommend them.

A+ service. I've bought from them twice and both times have been great. There was an issue with FedEx shipping on Saturday. They called me and we got it fixed.
