Have a reef critter I need help with

Sorry I tried and tried to get a pic but Ill have to describe it.....Ok its a worm looking thing its as thin as this I and it is white with black stripes....Its seen most around my zoa's.....any ideas

Does it have a bunch of bristles on its sides...they look like tiny legs...if so, then its a bristle worm. part of your cuc.

Its a slick worm no segments or bristles and I think a hair worm

idk what they are called but i have a few in my tank, i think they are alright, they always come out of my button polyps and seem to clean the rock around em :)
