    I am relatively new to the hobby (been in just over 6 months), and I had the dubious task of doing a Saltwater tank as my very first fish tank. I made one very expensive and boneheaded mistake in the initial cycling phase and had to gut and sanitize my tank and then goofed and added crabs and snails before my tank finished cycling and the cycling process restarted. Despite this I persisted and my tank has been running great for the last several months. I will post a video of my tank down in the photo forum.
