Help please!

I have a 20 gallon long with a algae problem. The algae is just on the sand and not on any rocks, also only on one end of the tank. I was wondering if it is cyno how to get rid/ what causes it. Will post parameters later. Thanks

If we could get pictures as well that would be super helpful.

Also stock list, how long the tank has been set up, what you're running for lights, how often you're feeding... etc
