my salinity level has fallen to 1018 what do i doo?!!!
can i just pour the salt in my tank or do i have to drain the water and put new water in?

neither.

Just do a water change (meaning, 10% or so) or just use the same tank water and add the salt and slowly bring the salinity back up. Dont put the salt directly in your main tank. Use a bucket to mix the salt in first.

But being as you have a damsel in there.DO NOT bring it very fast.
Either do a water change and and see where your salinitys at.Or take a pitcher of water from your tank and add enough salt to bring it up to 1.023 to 1.026.Then add the water back to your tank.Do that once a day untill your salinity is back where it should be.
OR
Just use salt water to top off with untill its right.

ok, its all good now, a mixed up a pitcher with water and lots of salt, and took some water out and put the water in form the pitcher to the tank with a skiny tube.

Sounds good. Whenever you have to make changes like that, it's good to do it gradually. Drastic changes are what will hurt the animals, not so much extremes.
