HELP with sump

I cemented 4 sides of my sump together but during clamping something moved. I now have a 1/64" gap at two corners of the bottom. its 27" w x 15" d x20"h the long sides are 1/2 plexi aas is the bottom. the short sides are 3/8". Its overkill for a 25ish gallon sump with 10-15 gallon safty factor. So am I stuck having to start over or can I rerout the edges? Using weldon16 as cement. Thanks in advance.

Just silicone the hell out of the gap, and all around any seams.

just worried about strength of the cemented edges seeing that its acrylic. Im not worried about lost money seeing I got the acrylic for free. Prolly gonna try running the router back over the edges and square it up. Then silicone the crap out of it lol. Kinda have to rebuild the stand around the sump (great engineering Marineland) cuz I built it to just fit inside and dont want to have an issue down the road once my reef is up and running. BTW who would have thought getting the kids a Nemo fish was going to be soooooo expensive lol

I wouldn't mess with the router at all. 1/64" is tiny and is within the tolerances as long as its sealed.

weld on 16 will fill your gaps and glue it

Seen this happen before, silicone it and don't worry over 1/64" :twocents:
