Hi my condalaytics anemone dont no how to spell is turnink a brownish tint help!!!!!!!! Is it going to die

My guess is the tanks to new and that you dont have enough light for the anemone.
So yeah,its probably going to die unless you take it back to the store.
Sorry to sound harsh,but thats just life in a fish tank.

i agree it may be too late to take it back they will turn to mush without the proper light. nems need more light than most coral

I would take it to the LFS before it dies and pollutes your entire tank.

i have the right light the LFS said i did its bright the shrimp will only come out at night now

Yep...get it out of your tank asap...it sounds like you have compact lights, they may seem bright to us, but not strong enough for the anemone...sorry.

Most shrimp are nocturnal -- that's why it's only coming out at night. Not because you have too much light.

No problem. Shrimp are awesome critters and fun to watch; it's kind of unfortunate that they are "asleep" most of the time that we are watching our tanks!!
