Reefing newb
I'm band new to saltwater aquariums and the philosophy behind them. It's a sharp learning curve and I'm having a lot of fun researching and seeing everyones set up. I initially thought it was going to be 'get and aquarium, filter, and heater' and then throw fish in and enjoy! LOL, boy was I wrong! :frustrat:
As I said above, I'm really enjoying learning all this new information and I'm really excited to get things up and running. I want to do some DIY projects like a sump, stand, overflow and hopefully a skimmer. My first tank was going to be a 55g but my girlfriend thought it was a better idea to get a 75g! I agree haha. I'll also have a 38g sump that I just resealed (hopefully).
I've gotten a lot of great information from this forum and I thank all of you for that and I'll be asking a lot in the future! Blab session over :bounce:
