Hiding Koralia under the Rocks

In my Biocube 29, the Koralia-1 reaches from the side wall almost to the center of the tank and doesn't do much for the aesthetics. My 14 year old son suggested hiding it under the rocks and this would also provide better flow. I can see a lot of detritus under the rocks where there is little flow. (I might put the Koralia inside a hidden PVC pipe to prevent sand from getting stirred up.) Anyone tried something like this?

You could put in in the rockwork pointing down or out... Would hide it, but you definetly wouldnt get better flow. You could try some of the nano korilias.

Hiding it wont give you more flow. But it'll help keep detritus from building up under your rock.
Just try to point it toward the front glass and angled up some.
