Hikari Bio pure Brine Shrimp

Ive read by many people that brine shrimp is not that great for fishies as it is more like candy for them then anything. This is the kind i feed my fish Aquarium Fish Foods: Hikari Frozen Brine Shrimp Food
not sure since this stuff is vitamin enrcihed and all that jazz if it makes it much better for them or still lacks essential nutrition for my little guys. Your opinions and expertise is greatly appreciated. :)

I'd still switch it up.

My fish go through a rotation... and brine is included in that.

Enriched brine is much better than non-enriched brine. With a variety of other foods, it can be part of a healthy diet. :)

I think brine shrimp is a fine thing to feed your fish, as long as it's not the only thing you feed your fish. :)

I feed brine once a week, I love to see the frenzy since they love it, it's awesome you found some that is enriched.
On other days I'll throw in emerald entree or mysis. Wouldn't just do brine.
