I am gonna make a HOB fuge for my 3 gallon out of the power filter im currently using. What exactly goes in a Refugium? Cheato and LR rubble? Deos it need Filter Floss to catch Debris in the water? Thanks

It does not need to include filter floss. Usually just live rock rubble and chaeto, or just chaeto if space is limited.
