Ok here is what I have hurd so far. Tell me if I am saying something wrong. Thanx. I am going to put like a 20 gallon or so aquarium on a stool and make a pump going from my sump into the refugium and then have some tubes going from my refugium back into the sump with no pump atrachedbto it. Is that right ?????!

I think your on the right track, but I think I'd use something other than a stool.

Correct, let your fuge gravity flow back into your sump

Ok I will use a Tabel or something like that. But is it right that I use a pump to take the water from the sump and have it shoot it into the refugium and then on the other side there are tubes with no pumps leading back into the tank

Yes you want it to gravity feed so that if the pump fails. and they do from time to time, you dont:

A Pump your regium dry
B Pump your display out on to the floor via your fuge

This is the same reason that we dont pump water out of our displays into the sumps, we let gravity do the hard work and we just use pumps to cheat gravity to keep the circulation going.
