Reefing newb
I have a certain kind of mushroom that tends to grow well in my tank. Problem is they are growing where I don't want them to. I actually have one growing right in the middle of a colony of zoas that I want to remove. What's the best way to remove them say from a certain rock or location. I was just going to cut them off as close to the base as I could then just scrub the remainder off with a toothbrush but not sure that'll work.
