How do you pronounce actinic?

Okay, beyond newbie question but something I have never known. What is the correct way to pronounce actinic? As in actinic light.

Is it - Ack-Tin-Ick with three full syllables?
Is it - Act-inic with two syllables?
Or is it something else?

I always pronounced it "A-tinic" :) Not sure if it's right, but no one's corrected me.
