I'm in construction 20+ years as a carpenter, now I do project management. I do :frustrat: all day so the reef tank is my escape. This is one of the projects I'm currently working on.

I'm the fish girl at a pet store.

However, I just got a new job (haven't even started yet) doing level one tech support in a call center. (Yes... I am totally going to be that "are you sure it's plugged in?" girl)

Haha, I'm currently working in IT as a Database Administrator (DBA). Just started in June, actually. Two things:

The terminal is your friend -and- IT FTW.

Open your fridge or pantry and you may have something i designed or helped design.

I design packaging graphics... the pretty stuff on the boxes/bags/labels/etc.
Beverages (alcoholic and non), food, electronics, beauty products, drugs, pet...

Sometimes you throw in an extra design or two for various reasons but you don't expect or want the client to choose it and this backfires. Almost every time. lol
To that end, this is one of the oldest of my designs still out there (companies like to refresh/change a lot) and it was one of the cases above... NOT what I wanted them to choose. Oh well.

This is what I work on, $2m of rolling steel. best part of my job is running over stuff to see what 432000lbs does to a object. run 3 locos over a coin and it will be paper then after the 18th axle rolls over it. 4400hp and a turbo the size of a dinner table, mmmm makes my toes tingle. As far as the support of my hobby goes, my wife keeps my money under a microscope. Only able to buy stuff here and there.

I do commercial/industrial refrigeration, specializing in large scale central plant chillers. Build and install ice rinks and their computerized control systems.

I would guess the maintenance electricians have a full time job just changing light bulbs.

I am a beverage tech. At Pepsi. I work on soda fountains and frozen carbonated drinks ( icy ) haha. We have two different groups of techs. I fall into the 7-eleven side. So that is all I see all day is 7-eleven. Haha. Never knew that seeing the same color scheme everyday would get old. But it's a job and it pays the bills.
