How long

so i just restarted my biocube and im wondering how long should i wait before i add fish
i added the saltwater the rocks and sand monday jan 19 09

Give it a few days, test the water and see where you're at. When i started my tank i used cured live rock and i got water from the local fish store so i pretty much skipped the cycle.

thats exactly what i did pufferguy

i tested the nitrate nitrite amonia and ph
everything was perfect excpet the pH is a little low
its like somewhere from 7.4 to 7.8
ill test it agian at the end of the week
what should the pH be at
around 8.3?

any were from 8.0 to 8.4 is good. after everything is stable i would say a week after

will it get raised by itself or should i add a buffer

you can add a buffer or do some water changes

i'd change water, that way if you do have a little higher nitrates you can bring them down also.
