How to tell....

if a white spot is ich or an injury or a sting or something else? My firefish has had this ONE white raised spot that could be ich, but he's had it for like, 2 weeks, just ONE white spot, doesn't seem to bother him. Not rubbing, eating a lot, nice and fat. I've been feeding everyone garlic soaked food. It's not moving, not going away, not spreading.

I think mine had a little parasite worm of some kind under it's skin. Not sure. I thought she was going to be a goner but she beat it. :^: Hopefully yours will to. :x:

That is strange:question:,i guess its possible though that one little cyst is just hanging on and then will eventually fall of,IDK,but i'm overly paranoid about the " i-- " word.Just keep an eye out,which i'm sure you do

I've read of parasites hanging on, and some posts on wetwebmedia also have people pulling them out with tweezers. I don't picture myself doing that hehehhe. Hard to tell.
