May 12, 2009 #1 bruin01 Reefing newb I just ordered a 6 stage RO/DI unit from Pure water club I have been using my well water for my tank, which is leading to algae problems I think, how long will it take to see a difference from doing regular weekly water changes?

May 12, 2009 #2 daugherty part time reefer just pull out as much alage as you can by hand. and start doing wkly water changes maybe get some GFO and it will start to go away but will take time
