I picked up this superman mushroom rock about a month ago. They are doing great, and as you can see lots of new mushrooms are growing on it and maybe some zoos or polys? hard to tell because they are small. What is the other one on the left...? It has been growing well, and it has tentacles? that come out on a regular basis? I am just curious as to what it is?

Based on the tentacles comment , I would say acan might be a good bet .

Looks like an acan or favia to me, and I also see the zoo or paly polyps closer to the mushrooms - nice pick up!

Cool! Should I just let everything grow on that rock and see what happens? It is placed on my sandbed right now.

Appears to be some type of acan. Leave it alone, and see how it grows.

The coral skeleton that the mushrooms are growing on might actually be the acan/favia's own skeleton.

    +1 Everyone
It does seem the rock it is growing on, is a skeleton of some sort of LPS.
