i have two things that are all over my tank and i have no idea if they are good or bad

so as the days go by i am starting to notice both thes things all over my rocks, i am new to this so i dont know weither they are good or bad. all my parmeters are good, i just have these two things growing everywhere, the white dots are even in my pumps, as for the flower thing i am not sure if its coral or what. thank you. (sorry for the bad pics, my camera isnt all that great)

The white things are sponges and are harmless filter feeders.

The things by your leather corals are aiptasia. They are pests and can multiply very quickly. Get some Aiptasia X and nuke them. One of them looks very big compared to the smaller one between your two baby leathers.

There are also some livestock that eat aiptasia. Like copper banded butterflies and peppermint sprimp. There are more these two just worked best for me.
