all these lfs send stuff to steve tyree, he evaluates the corals. and decides if its a LE (limited Edition) jacks the price up. and then everyone wants it! lol

And anymore.......................it's everywhere, which makes it hard to determine if it truely is a Tyree or not.

yup, go to the website i showed you. tyree shows where he gets the corals from. if he found them himself it wont show where he got it from. he gives credit to who finds the corals. but slaps the tyree to the end of it if he decides it to become a LE

It wasn't me!
I have one piece of Tyree in my tank that I got from a local reefer who I trust. But I have seen a ton of it, everyone claiming it is Tyree. Whether it is or not I don't know, but the name alone jacks the price. If I really wanted to buy the coral for the name alone, I would go straight to the source. At least that way I know for a fact that I am getting what I pay for.
