ID three corals

What are these three?
The one on the left I think is a xenia

Xenia, kenya tree and zoanthids. All great beginner corals, but the kenya trees can reproduce to plague proportions and smother out other corals. Keep it isolated and pick up and throw away any branches it drops.

How can I isolate them?

Take the branches it drops and glue them to a rock and sell or trade them at the lfs.

My LFS won't take kenya trees as trade ins. And you can't even give them away to other reefers.
