Image Resizing

I've added a few tweaks to the forum software this morning, the main one being a plugin which will re-size any images that are huge so that they fit on most monitors. They can be automatically expanded with a single click :)

I hope this plugin is useful and works well - but if not, please do let me know as I can tweak or remove it if it causes problems.
