Not sure if this belongs in this section but oh well.

Just want to let you guys know, they have TERRIBLE customer service. I have sent over 5 e-mails over the past week and have not gotten a response to any of them. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with the fixture I have from them, because if it does, even though it is covered under the warranty they most likely won't respond. I was planning on buying at least 1 more $600 fixture from them, if not 2. However after seeing how well they perform business I will probably save up to purchase 2 Radions.
