I went to the store and saw seachem's reef iodine on sell, it was like 2.99 versus the kent iodine which was like 8.99. Was wondering if its pretty much the same stuff?

Should be the same. I've used both brands before. Just follow the directions on the bottle.

I use the Seachem reef dip.It is not as concentrated as the Kent Lugol's kind. You use more of the Seachem versus just a few drops of the Kent.Still, they seem both to work the same.
