when curing live rock to see little mold looking white things growing on the rock. i turned my lights on to see how everything was going and noticed this white stuff growing on the rocks and it looks something like the white stuff that sometimes grows on bread when it gets old. is that somewhat normal when curing live rock

i pulled it out today to do some aquascaping and i couldnt notice a smell until i got close to it and then it smelled like rotten eggs and a babies dirty diaper

it smalls much worst than eggs. it makes you feel very depressed.

it made me think about crying myself to sleep tonight and drinking so tap water hoping some anit-depressant would be in there

Scrub it litely, in a bucket of mixed water outside your tank, with a nylon brush, like those used to scrub your nail beds, and it will shorten the length of your cycling and lessen the intensity of the cycle. Therefore your live rock will possibly stay more alive of things more than just bacteria.
