Is this leather coral?

If not what is it? It was completely round and now it has all those little tentacle things coming off of it. It came on some live rock I just bought.

First one looks like some kind of sponge I think. The second I am unsure of what I am looking at.

The first one looks like a sponge.
The second one looks like a side view of a mushroom (?)

1 It could be a leather or a sponge give it some time to grow and repost a pic.
2 is a small mushroom side as Rock Stacker said.
