Issue with corals.

Kind of an odd question, but can mold grow on live rock affecting Zoa's, Xenia?

All my Parameter are perfect, but I've notice a kind of white film growing on some of my live rock, near my Zoas which are starting to stay closed for the majority of the day, and some of the Xenia that is not really opening as much either, the only add of late was a plate coral nowhere near and dipped and a rock with some (algae plant, don't know the name right now) and a Chromis, but it started just before these adds.

Any thoughts (beyond, dummy)

Do you have a picture? Maybe its a sponge growing

No pictures yet, I don't think it's a sponge, the ones I do have grow straight, this actually looks like its starting to cover the rock, like a white mold would look.

I'll try to get a picture soon.

What kind of lighting do you have?...could be a weird kind of Cyano...

Solid LED, thats been with the tank since day one, but I could look into this more.

Please shoot more thoughts and ideas, I'm not afraid of trying, or learning.

It sounds like a sponge. There are so many different types of sponge, but some of the white ones are fast growing, like what you describe.
