Jaw fish need deep substrate?

    never use metal around a salt water fish tank.

    I use egg crates around my fish tank.

    I wouldn't do metal, but possibly a nylon one, like a screen door type material; just make sure it's secure

    Don't get me wrong, I agree with 75%-90% of what this Maddox guy was talking about, but it sounds like he tried to hit on some tan chick wearing lip gloss, crocs, and a t-shirt that said "Princess" on it, but then got DENIED :shock:. Either that, or he hasn't been laid in a LONG time. One thing he did forget to mention was Uggs...I know they haven't been as HUGE as they were 5 years ago but I still cry a little when see people wearing them :zombie: :mrgreen:

    So how deep does my substrate need to be for a jawfish? Right now my live sand is a couple inches or an inch and a half.

    A friend at work is telling me I would have to wait a year before I could get a jawfish? Sounds extreme.
