jhnrb 150 reef

THE GREAT BUY I HAD RECENTLY HAS GONE SOUTH, PERSON HOLDING CORALS NEEDED TO MOVE UM TO ME SOONER THAN I WAS READY AND WHAT I GOT WAS A LITTLE SURPRISING. MOSTLY FRAG PIECES AND SOME HEAVILY FRAGED. SO I GUESS IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THIS, LIVE AND LEARN I GUESS. WELL ANYWAYS NOT ALL ARE IN THEIR FINAL PLACE AS I GOT UM AT 9PM AND WANTED TO MOUNT AND GET UM INTO THE SYSTEM SO I FINISHED AT 4:30 AM SUNDAY MORNING.

Looks awesome Jh.
If those sps start over growing your tank just give me yell and i'll drive out there and take em off your hands, lol.

great shots. I look forward to seeing the finished product. It is always great to see what others can do with the same stuff I am working with and how beautiful all the tanks can be. It will be absolutly stunning when you are done, I am sure of it.

Hey jhnrb. Lookin good!

My (LACE) Rock is getting green like most of the rock in your pics? does that mean its turning into Live? I know im a no0b!

Its on its way, mine is green because my system is not yet matured and past the algae stage. I have all the corals due to unfortunate circumstances that forced me to put them in before I was ready. I have some red algae starting now which is expected and some pink coraline algae starting in the refuge. so far the tang is keeping the algae under control. due to the inmaturity of the system I am having to feed, so, along with that comes the need to watch water quality.

UPDATE PICS.
