Jumping wrasse

So i threw some coral food into the tank this morning and within seconds my christmas wrasse jumped ship out the back. I was like WTF!? Luckily he jumped sideways out the back and ended up next to the tank. I picked him up and gave him a quick rinse/dip in the sump and then back to the tank. Good as new. Did that really just happen?! Glad i have screen tops....
