Does any use kent reef salt? If so how much do you usaly use per gallon?

most salt mixes are about 1/2 cup per gallon. at 75-78 degrees.

True story. Though I have found the process to be somewhat tedious when trying to reach the correct salinity and keeping it there when doing water changes.

yeah alwys test after mixxing for a couple hours, i usually use 13 to 14 cups for 30 gl i mix in a trash can. and that gets me at 1.025. So alwys make sure you test with Refractometer and try to match your DT.
