has anyone used this? i think im gonna buy it cuz its the only phosphate reactor my lfs sells.

You are better off ordering online. I bet you can get one for a fraction of the price. Check out Bulk Reef Supply. I've not used the Kent reactor, but I have heard that the BRS reactor is better and easier to use than the Kent or Two Little Fishies reactors.
BRS sells a dual reactor (with two chambers), one for phosphate and one for carbon. That's what I would go with just for efficiency and effectiveness. The dual reactor is only $60, and a single reactor (if you want to only run phosphate removal media) is $40.

At Marine Depot, the Kent reactor is $65 -- almost twice the price of the BRS one. What is your LFS charging?

I used the Bulk Reef Supply brand. It's cheap and comes in a large quantity.
