KH up !!

So I brought my KH up slightly from 6.5 or 7 ish to about 8.5 or 9 that its at now. I did this using soda ash in my top off water. took about a couple weeks to bring it up but finally happy where its at. But it seems a couple of my SPS are not lol. Pink birdsnesst is in and has not extended green birdsnest is bleaching underside a bit but it has done this before and then came back, also have purple branching monti that's not extended ither but its fairly new and still had some spots extended.

Will everything eventually get useto the new kh level and come back ??

Also should I keep adding soda ash to mix water so that it does not go back down ???

I was at 3 tablespoons for about 4 1/2 gallon of top of water. that last about 4 days toping off my tank. when I was doing 1 table spoon it did not rise at all. Should I just got back to 1 tablespoon and hope that keeps it leveld??

Now that you have the alkalinity where you want it. Figure out how much soda ash you need to dose daily to keep it stable. Might be a tablespoon, might be 3 tablespoons.
It'll take some testing and logging to figure it out.
