Large Bristle Worm Found a Snack

    Found this guy so deep in the freshly dead snail shell that I could take pictures with a bright flashlight on him and he didn't have a clue.

    You could try cutting back on your feeding. They eat left over food and fish waste. Less of that and you have less bristle worms.

    I would rip that sucker out of the tank in a minute. Any Bristle that big has the ability to also eat coral. I personally know a LFS here, that lost half a colony of Miami Hurricane Chalice to one of these beasts. The chalice was the size of a frisbee, and the worm was 4' long!
    Key word in that last sentence is WAS
