My sump started leaking during the move. Its acrylic and I tried to use silicone with out reading that silicone is worthless on acrylic. So it still leaks. The problem I have now is that I have globs of silicon on the inside of the sump. Can I use the 2 part epoxy that is made for acrylic on the outside and that make it hold? There is going to be no way to get all the silicone out of the sump.

Hmmm good question... I don't know. You can scrape the silicone off with a razor?
