I saw this video and was pretty impressed:

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLH3TcHGOP4]YouTube - Sea Life Aquarium at LEGOLAND Lighting Retrofit from Metal Halide to Ecoxotic LED[/ame]

Previous Setup:
6x 400 Watt Metal Halide
14x 250 Watt Metal Halide
$5500 Annual Electrical Cost

New Setup:
8 50-Watt Ecoxotic 12000k Canon LED Pendents
$349 Annual Electrical Cost

Cost to buy LEDs: $4,392
Annual Electrical Savings: $5,151

It even makes it easier to see the livestock!

Wow! The difference in lighting is incredible. Hope they use the annual savings to make the exhibit more realistic looking. The fake statues and scuba guys kinda ruined it for me.

It's legoland, the scuba guys and submarine are giant lego toys. I don't think they're supposed to be realistic.
