What do you guys think of the 36 Inch Panorama Marine LED for my 40 gallon DT?

Looks good to me...I dont know a lot about LED lights but one question. Its a 35 watt fixture with 30 LED lights so basically 1 watt per light. I thought for reef tanks the going trend was 3 watt LED so a 30 light fixture should be 90 watts...Like I said I am no expert on this type of lighting but might want feedback from someone who is before purchase.
