Just got off the phone with LFS because my lionfish constantly thinks he needs to eat. EVERYTIME I walk by the tank he's darting to the top to find food. I've only had him 4 days and he's looking pretty fat! Should I skip a feeding? LFS says to feed him once a day but others say once every 2-3 days...any help would be appreciated!

Fish will eat everything until they pop. I wouldn't worry about it. Remember everything he eats he poops out, making for dirty water. My fish dart towards the algae clip when I go near back of the tank (I feed from back there, so they've learned to associate it with food). Trust me. Your fish will not starve ;)

Lions are beggers :) you dont have to feed him every time he goes to the top mine did that for a while too, until he realized I wasnt going to feed him every single time he went to the top of the tank ;)
