I have done a little helper App for Apple iOS devices to assist you with your regular water change in you Reef Aquarium.

You can specify the size of your tank in liter, the amount of water you want to change, the salinity you currently have, the salinity you want to arrive at in your tank and the amount of salt, of your salt of choice, needed per liter of water.
Version 1.0.2 now with density and specific gravitiy (at 77°F) Support for english language and US Measurement (gallons/cups).
I thoroughly checked and tested the application, yet can not guarantee the correctness of the results. You are welcome to send me feedback and wishes for future releases. Any help is appreciated.
