I was just looking a my tank a little bit ago and I noticed these little white bugs pretty much every where. I don't know how I didn't see them earlier. They are twice as long as they are wide. At most 1mm long. You can clearly see that there is 2 different sections to there body's as well. There seems to be more of them in the refugium then anywhere else is the tank. I did a google search on copepods and looked at some pictures and I am thinking that this is what it is.
    Any other ideas??

My camera is dead i will try and get pictures up later.

it's either copepods or amphipods, both very good signs in your tank
