Longnose butterflyfish and Cooperband

Yes, they actually do quite well together. In some instances it is believed that a long nose that accepts prepared foods have helped copper bands accept them as well.
 
It might be ok to get the long nose. But not the cooperband atleast untill you have more experience. They are really hard to get to eat. Most people say this fish.is one of those nest left in the ocean. Reaserch alot before you attempt one.
 
The Longnose will usually take to frozen foods pretty easy, especially bloodworms.
One thing to be mindfull of is exposed powerheads. I've seen several longnose butterflies that have died from chasing food into the intake on a powerhead.
