Looking for some input on equipment =)

It's good stuff...
I'm looking to add some corals to my 20gallon and really give it some color. I currently have it stocked with a clownfish and a firefish. The equipment that I'm listing isn't the most expensive but the reviews were all very positive. What do you think?

Light

Im not sure about the skimmer but the powerhead is a good brand. What type of corals are you looking to buy? That light wont be good for many of them.

Agree, don't knnow anything about the skimmer, the koralias are great, but get the right size for your tank, and the light doesnt seem all that great. It says it has a reflector. Your going to want individual reflector. Also if you reed it the bulbs are sold separately. After buying the bulbs yo could have gotten a much better light for about the same price.

If your looking to cut costs check the classifieds on here and other forms. You can get quality equipment for a fraction of the price that way.

Go for a Nova Extreme or even the Aquaticlife light systems are good because I had only a 4 Bulb T5 on my 80Gal but it had a reflector for each bulb, one plug and a timer for it with LED Moon Lights.

I upgraded to the Nova Extreme and then got a larger tank so now it sits until I get a coral tank one day.

About the skimmer. I never knew they made them so can't say but their lights are good.

I'm really just looking for the absolute easiest to care for corals since I'm still pretty new. Browsing around the corals section I saw that Palythoas, and Zoas were easy. I wouldnt mind a hammerhead though, love the look.

I found this light by Nova Extreme. Again, my tank is 20gallons NovaExtremeT5x2

Link didnt work, I'll just use the full link

That is a good light. Nice color too. You will have no problem keepin zoas pallys or lps under that if your tank is a 20 long. If its a 20 high then lps would do better higher up in the tank. Goog light though.
