Low PH

My ph level seems to consistently be a little low. It usually remains at 8.0 but today when I tested my water it was about 7.8. What can I do to raise it to 8.2? I use ro/di water and have been using instant ocean brand salt.

Just leave it alone 7.8 is fine by trying to adjust it you will only harm your fish and creatures. Mine has been at 7.8 for over a year and all my corals and fish are healthy

depending on what you have in the tank ( LPS, SPS) you will lose it evreyday..
I have mostly sps dominated tank now and I use,, Reef Aquarium Calcium Supplementation: Kent Marine Kalkwasser Mix
to keep all my levels up... It also raises PH along with the others..

pH at 7.8 is fine, Amber's right. usually it's due to poor oxygenation do you have good rippling on the waters surface? Also something to consider is that my pH stays at 7.8 because I never open any windows in my apt so there's a higher concentration of CO2 there.

I have a koralia 1150 and also a 750 in there, and the surface has good movement
