Mar 6, 2010 #5 reeffreak Reef pro How can you tell if it's mexicana and not taxifolia or scalpelliformis? I don't like caulerpa as macroalgae for a refugium because they can go asexual.They die-off,become slightly transparent,mushy and cloud the water.
