Man Usps Is Killing Me!!!!!!

I just sent out corals double bagged double rubber banded in a foam box surraounded by news paper so it couldnt move at all, also with the box stamped about 6 times fragile and also wrote on the box fragile do not throw. Well when it got to the person they said the bag was busted. So much for do not throw. Then I bought a css 125 from another reefer they send it in a box surounded by bags no room to move at all, well I got it in today the box looked like it was tossed about 100 feet because the corner was really smashed. I opened the box and the tube was busted right off the bottom. So much USPS I've about had it with them. I'm sooo mad right now. Time to find a better postal service. Dont you think? So who a better one?

 

Sounds like you need to switch to UPS. As long as they can find your house that is. They couldn't find mine when jhnrb sent me a skimmer.

 

I dont know I need somewere different, because USPS just isnt cutting it. I'm soo mad right now.

 

USPS just did a horrible job shipping a wet/dry I sold on Ebay. Luckily the buyer only really wanted the pump, bio balls and spray bar... because that is all that was left.

I had so much packing material (not peanuts - good soft and thick material) they had to drop it off a truck to break it - which they did!

 

I know as soon as I saw the box I thought something might have broke because the corners were completly smashed. I just got back from the store I cant find weldon #4 for acrylic bonding anywere so I bought welder a industrial strength glue and I'm going to see if it will hold because I really dont want to deal with USPS insurance I bet I'd have to jump through hoops with them. So I used the welder and tomarrow after it reaches full strength I'll silacone it for more support and to leak proof it althought the welder seems to have done a great job on that. Well we'll see tomarrow.

 

Good thing you were home, that would suck. You think people would put effort and pride in there job. I know I would and did when I was working.

 

Yeah go with FedEx. They have always done a good job with stuff that I have ordered... Plus they look pretty hot in those uniforms...

 

Oh yea just what I was wanting to see!!!! NOT. LOL

 

DHL always sets our stuff, $500 camera, by the mailbox. I realy don't like them. Plus I think all their drivers are female and we all know we can't trust women to do anything right.

 

Now that sounds like my kinda postal service. LOL

 

try fedexx..is a bit expensive but pakeges are handled with caution..no complaints from my part about their service..

 

Completely agree with USPS. I would regularly watch the mailman just toss packages up on porches because he didn't want to walk up the 3 steps to actually set them down. Also the old guy from 4 streets over is very nice when he brings my mail to me that was miss delivered.

Does sound like I need to try out DHL though. Hot women bringing presents is impossible to pass up.

I'm not sure but I think we got off topic of how bad the USPS is. I would like to apply for a job at Yote's shop as package receiving clerk though.
