Well, got a lil new guy a few days ago. 6-line wrasse. he's a lil pig at the lfs and was eating good so finally broken down and bought another fish. here's some pictures of him.

Those are pretty amazing, but that photo looks HEAVILY doctored. I would be sure to see those in person before I made that trade. It really concerns me how green the eggcrate and water are, if anything they should be blue from the actinic lighting

The guy that has those is a pretty cool guy. he's the owner of coraloutlet.com he's get a bunch of nice frags in every once in awhile. think he's trying to sell his business. i know he just sold his 180g tank(helped moved it) that was beautiful. think he's overwhelm with having the two tanks.

Oh yea. I've gotten stunk a few times before by ppl just wanting to meet somewhere. I def like meeting at there house so I know what they're packing up for me.

I thought I lost the new guy. I did a 25g WC and didn't see him the whole time thought he was a jumper but lucky for me saw him this morning.

Jumpers are the worst. I had a clown fish jump while I was watching the tank and didnt see it. I felt sooooo guilty

Well, i finally got a chance to get a half way decents pic of the new zoa. here it is. the 3gs doesnt do justice for it.

Well, just ordered my biggest or highest single item so far. A skimz 181 skimmer off of RC shipped for $260. Hopefully this is what I need.

So, i finally bought a skimmer. went with a skimz sk181. Here's some pictures of this sexy piece of equipment haha i think the foot print is a good reason i went with this one. 8.4"x8.4" and the second is skimmer return is thru the bottom out of this slot which is under the skimmer and cause no microbubbles

I think the best part and main reason

now the sad part i need to make my 20g or 30g long sump and have a few questions
is a filter sock holder the way to go with the inline pipe? and is there a DIY for a holder?
skimmer got to be in 180-240mm(7-9.5") so go with 8.5" or 9"?
as any1 cut the side of a stand to place a sump in? thinking if i do a 25-30g(200-240lbs) WC then cut a hole big enough to fit the tank then brace with some 2x4 to add support be fine to do?

Thanks Angie and Kurt. Kurt I haven't had the time to get baffles and stuff for my sump. A friend who just bought coral outlet is selling me a 30g long for $20 so I'm going to use that instead of the 20g long. It'll give me I think an Extra 6in in length(:bounce::bowdown:) which is always good. Hopefully it'll be next weekend I'll do a WC then cut the stand and place it in there.

Well, ppl keep having really good deals on zoas around my area. Getting space monster, pink elephant, Mohawk, and red hornet for $60. I'm going to be getting baffles thursday and try and mix water for a change Sunday. Here's some pics.
